Genk signs Jerry Afriyie for attack
K.R.C. Genk is on the verge of completing its third incoming transfer. The Limburgers would reportedly sign a player who made a good impression at La Louvière last season, replacing Yira Sor.
Afriyie will join Amed, Besnik Hasi's club in Turkey, in the coming days, freeing up a spot on the flank. Genk will fill that position with the signing of Jerry Afriyie, a 19-year-old left winger from Al-Qadsiyah in Saudi Arabia.
The young player was loaned to La Louvière last season and impressed in the Jupiler Pro League, scoring five goals and providing one assist.
