Genk signs 19-year-old Gambian striker Mustapha Koma for five years. He joins from Albanian side FC Dinamo City and signs until 2031. The transfer is officially announced by both clubs on 7 August 2026 and is estimated at around 700,000 euros. Koma has played 21 competitive matches for Dinamo City and scored four goals. He was also active in the UEFA Conference League qualifiers, where he scored in extra time after being introduced as a substitute against FC Astana to help Dinamo City secure a 4-1 victory. His move to Genk is an important step in his young career, where he wants to develop further and play in the Belgian Pro League.
