Transfer Details
Como has officially loaned Alieu Fadera, who was bought from K.R.C. Genk for €6 million in the summer of 2024, to Cagliari. The transfer includes an option to make him permanent at the end of the current season.
Previous Performance
Fadera, 25 years old, is a Gambian international who can play on the left wing, right wing or as a trequartista. He suffered injuries last season. During his loan at Sassuolo he made 30 appearances, scoring two goals and providing two assists in Serie A and the Coppa Italia.
The Deal with Cagliari
Fadera had been in talks with Lecce, but Cagliari improved the offer and secured the player. The purchase option is €10 million, which the Neroverdi did not exercise. The loan was announced by Como this evening.
